CAMBIE Mío features pieces designed and made with love, blending traditional elements of design, like those found in our rich Peruvian textiles, with a modern and minimal aesthetic. We feel that little ones deserve beautiful heirloom-worthy pieces to treasure and call their own and hope this pieces are adored by everyone in the family and add comfort and beauty to your home.

The Mío Blanket is one of our favourite pieces in the collection and has been in the works for over two years to ensure its best version is the one you welcome into your home. Made from an all natural super soft blend of baby alpaca wool and pima cotton, our wool blend has been spun and dyed by hand just for us.

The playful Mío ceramic pieces, including tumblers, vases, keepsake boxes and dishes, are made locally in collaboration with Toronto-based Akai Ceramic Studio. Designed by CAMBIE, each ceramic piece is wheel-thrown and glazed by hand using food safe glazes in signature colours that have been mixed just for this collection.

The soft toys included in this collection were thoughtfully chosen to be both fun and safe for little ones, as well as sustainably and consciously produced. Organic plush rattles are made from all natural materials by Toronto duo Sun & Stars Co. and handmade plush animals are knitted with care by craftswomen from the Peruvian highlands with Casa de la Mujer Artesana ("House of Craftswomen"), a co-op contributing to the economic independence of rural Peruvian women.
