Lomography

I find it more humbling to take photographs using a camera with film rather than digital. It forces you to think about what you are doing rather than shooting aimlessly. I have had a lot of fun with the Diana camera and have used some of my shots of Newfoundland in the project below. It is a fun and inexpensive way way to display your prints!

I think there’s something really lovely about the way the Diana camera captures moments.

I do agree that it’s more thoughtful to really think about a frame and then shoot it and hope it turns out on film but I have to say, digital has really helped me be adventurous about photography without the cost. It’s good to use both, I think.
